There are 3x Transmission DCT Speed sensors. If any of the 3x sensors is out of range you can have wildly erratic transmission issues. Many random issues are immediately resolved when you renew with new OEM McLaren sensors.
Below are a few of the possible codes that could be associated with these sensors
P0701 00 - Gearbox ECU in limphome mode
P1021 00 - Monitor - Speed sensor error
P1230 61 - Input Shaft 1 - Overspeed
P1231 61 - Input Shaft 2 - Overspeed
P120E 64 - Output speed implausible
P0270 64 - Output speed over range
P0270 27 - Output speed rate high
P2765 00 - Input 2 Speed generic
P2765 27 - Input 2 Speed rate high
P2765 31 - Input 2 Speed no signal
P2765 00 - Input 2 Speed over range
P2766 00 - Input2 Speed over range
P2767 00 - Input2 Speed no signal
P2768 00 - Input2 Speed rate high
